Yummy Combinations with Quinoa Quinoa is a true s Yummy Combinations with Quinoa

Quinoa is a true superfood. Itโ€™s loaded with nutrients, fiber, and good carbs for energy. Itโ€™s a complete plant-based protein and a great staple food for babies on a vegetarian diet.

Quinoa is easy-to-digest, non-allergenic, gluten free and can be introduced to your baby at 6 months old.

While quinoa is considered a grain, itโ€™s actually a seed. Yellow is the most popular and widely available variety, but it also comes in other varieties such as black, orange, and purple.

Stored in an airtight container, quinoa will stay fresh in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
