  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • maple syrup or yogurt optional for serving
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for cooking


  1. Heat skillet over medium heat

  2. Add butter and melt

  3. Add a scoop of batter to the skillet and cook about 2 minutes on each side

  4. Serve with maple syrup or yogurt for dipping
