Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

This turmeric roasted cauliflower recipe is not only great for babies 9+ months, but makes a delicious side dish for the whole family too.


  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • pinch black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Place the cauliflower into a roasting dish and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper and turmeric.

  3. Put the roasting dish into the oven on the center rack and roast for 10 minutes. Mix well with a large spoon, then roast for another 15 minutes.

  4. Remove the dish from the oven and serve.

  5. Turmeric roasted cauliflower will stay fresh in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
