Avocado Zucchini Oatmeal

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini washed and chopped, no need to peel if organic
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp baby oatmeal cooked

Instructions

  1. Pour water into a medium pot until it’s about 1″ deep and bring to a boil over high heat.

  2. Put the zucchini into your Sage Baby Eco-Steamer and put the steamer into the pot. Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Blend until smooth using your Sage Baby Puree & Blend food processor or immersion blender. Add the baby oatmeal and mix well with a spoon.

  4. This meal is best when served fresh because avocado starts to brown fairly quickly after preparing.

Recipe Notes

  • Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
  • Suitable for babies 4-6 months and up.
