Fruit Kebab Christmas Tree

Another holiday, another fruit kebab creation. I’m officially obsessed! I made this fruit kebab Christmas tree for Mason’s class party last year and I’m going to do it again this year. It’s such a crowd pleaser and has the kids reaching for fruit…along with a brownie bite, of course 🙂

It’s also a festive treat to bring to an office party, dinner party or to use as a centerpiece at the kids’ table for Christmas dinner. This Fruit Kebab Christmas Tree recipe is so easy to make, it only looks fancy.

Fruit Kebab Christmas Tree

Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple
  • grapes
  • strawberries
  • watermelon

Instructions

  1. Cut the top off the pineapple.

  2. Cut the pineapple into a cone shape like a tree.

  3. Use toothpicks to attach the grapes, watermelon, and strawberries to the pineapple base so it looks like a decorated tree.

  4. Top with a watermelon star.

Recipe Notes

  • Use organic fruit whenever possible.
  • Use any fruit you like to decorate the tree. Kiwi, clementine slices, raspberries, and blackberries are also great choices.
