Chickpea Yogurt
This vanilla chickpea yogurt baby food recipe is an unexpectedly delicious lunch or snack for your stage two eater. This no-cook meal is a great source of folate, fiber and protein. Ideal for on-the-go in a Sage Squeezie or Sage Jar. Yogurt blended with Chickpeas will stay fresh out of refrigeration for up to 2 hours.
This recipe is suitable for babies 7-9 months and up. Always make sure the consistency of your baby’s food is one she can handle.

Chickpea Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt can use dairy or non dairy yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cooked chickpeas drained and rinsed well, I like the Eden organic brand
Instructions

Place the yogurt and chickpeas into your Sage Baby Puree & Blend food processor and pulse until smooth.

- When stored in your Sage Jars or Sage Squeezie, this Chickpea yogurt will stay fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
