Blueberry Cauliflower Smoothie

This blueberry cauliflower smoothie recipe is a great pick-me-up for after school.  Will give your kids a boost of energy to help them get through their homework.  Ideal for school lunchboxes too. Just pour into your Sage Squeezie and freeze, then place into your child’s lunchbox.  It’ll keep the lunch cool by acting as a freezer pack and will be thawed by lunch.

Suitable for babies 7+ months, toddlers, big kids and grown-ups. Serve in your Sage Jars or Sage Squeezies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups non-dairy milk almond or coconut
  • 1/2 cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt almond or coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients into your Sage Baby Puree & Blend food processor and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

  • Makes 2 servings.
  • Will stay fresh in your Sage Jars or Sage Squeezies for up to 3 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
