Pineapple, Blueberry, Spinach and Hemp Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach thoroughly washed
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve in your Sage Snack Jars or Sage Squeezie.
