Black Beans, Corn and Zucchini
This black beans, corn, and zucchini meal is hearty and nutrient-rich for your Stage 3 eater. It also makes a great side dish for the rest of the family. Black beans are flavorful, diverse (see our Black Bean Brownies recipe), and loaded with protein and fiber.

Black Beans, Corn and Zucchini
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans Drained and rinsed. I like Eden Organic.
- 1 cup corn kernals can use fresh or frozen
- 1 large zucchini Washed and chopped. No need to peel if using organic.
Instructions

Pour water into a pot until it’s about 1″ deep and bring to a boil over high heat.

Place the corn and zucchini into your Sage Baby Eco-Steamer and put the steamer into the pot. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and steam for 5 minutes.

Put the black beans, corn, and zucchini into your Sage Baby Puree & Blend food processor and pulse until chunk-a-licious (keep chunks soft).

Serve or store.
