Chop butternut squash into 2-inch chunks
Pour water into a pot until it is about 2 inches deep and bring to a boil over high heat. Place the squash into your Sage Baby Eco-Steamer and put it into the pot. Cover and let steam for about 12 minutes until the squash is cooked all the way through and easily pierced with a fork.
Place the squash into a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth using your Sage Baby Puree & Blend immersion blender.
