Kiwi, Spinach, Pear and Chickpea

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear washed, peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach thoroughly washed (If you are concerned about using raw spinach, steam it for 3 minutes before blending)
  • 1-2 tbsp cooked chickpeas

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into your Sage Baby Puree & Blend food processor and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.

Recipe Notes

  • This meal can be stored in your Sage Squeezies or Sage Jars for up to 3 days in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer.
  • Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
